Cathy held many management positions for over 20 years at the Family Mediation Centre, including training manager and Child and Adolescent Services Manager.  Cathy was extensively involved in the original development and pilot study of Child Inclusive Practice in FDR with Dr Jenn McIntosh at The Family Medication Centre.  She went on to join the training team with Jenn McIntosh to roll out the Child Inclusive Practice training to the majority of FRC's across Australia when they were initially set up.  Cathy continues to clinically supervise a number of teams in Victoria and interstate in the areas of FDC, CIP, family counselling and child contact centre work.


Cathy has training qualifications and over 20 years experience delivering training packages to the private, corporate and community sectors in the areas of:  conflict management, mediation, separation/divorce and grief, mental health first aid, managing difficult personalities, Child Inclusive Practice and general child development issues.  She enjoys speaking about families and family transition issues in the media as it can assist in disseminating helpful information to families in need.

Jackie is a qualified and experienced counsellor with a Master of Counselling & Psychotherapy, Bachelor of Counselling and a specialist qualification in couple’s counselling attained from Relationships Australia Victoria. She is a registered member of the Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). Jackie has undergone further training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy for both individuals and couples and is a registered member of the Melbourne Community for Emotionally Focused Therapy (MCEFT). Extensive study and training has provided Jackie with a strong theoretical orientation that her patients benefit from through her ability to provide patients a balanced and integrative approach. Anne Muscatello is a qualified early childhood specialist and child therapist/counsellor with 20 years experience, working with children, parents and families, in the areas of public and private early childhood education/ development, the public health system and various support organisations. Her experience includes working with children aged from infancy to adolescence with varied developmental needs. Anne also provides clinical supervision for students and qualified professionals in the play therapy field, in addition to lecturing and supervising in children’s care and education services. Anthony Grimes is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.  Having been in practice as a mediator since 1999, Anthony can assist with a range of disputes.

He also acts as child consultant in family law disputes. In addition, he offers mediation coaching and problem solving for one and clinical supervision for Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners.

Anthony brings a wealth of experience across several sectors of public administration and welfare, including government department administration, family law service delivery, and family relationships service delivery and administration. He utilises co-mediation with a number of experienced female co-mediators.
